Holy Spirits was started by Bryan Muirhead.
After joining a Cold Pressed Juice start-up in LA, Bryan relocated to the Central Valley taking a job as a Discipleship Pastor at a local church. After a few years, Bryan transitioned out of church ministry and into the hospitality world and launched Holy Spirits. During the transition time out of the church and into hospitality, Bryan spent 4 months in Portland Oregon completing Liquor Stewardry courses alongside structured History of Liquor Production courses. Accompanied with this experience came practical tools for creating, launching, and training craft cocktail programs, After completing those months in Portland, Bryan returned to Visalia to create a cocktail bar program for a rooftop bar called Elderwood.
As Bar Director at Elderwood, Bryan trained multiple bar staff, designed 5 seasonal cocktail menus, and was a key component in crafting the vision and design of Elderwood’s extremely successful cocktail program. The success of opening Elderwood led to more opportunities to design cocktail programs and train bartenders. Bryan is currently the Beverage Director for Quesadilla Gorilla and has since designed and launched the company's first cocktail program, with plenty more to come. He also consults with various bar managers and directors across a variety of different hospitality platforms. None of this could have been done without the staff and team that share a vision of what cocktail culture can be, one set apart from the rest.
